After tomorrow 64 days and counting

Tomorrow we head to Chicago to put K on a plane back to the orphanage in Ukraine. The past three weeks have been a wonderful glimpse into our life when K is home for good. It may sound corney, but K completes our family. The sendoff will be full of tears, of this I am certain. And the house will certainly seem empty for Dad, T and myself. (also for Bear) Then the countdown begins. We are sending him back with a calendar to mark off the days until we arrive in Kiev for our SDA appointment. T has a matching calendar, so they can count together. Well, I need to pack his suitcase before we go to the arena to catch The Detroit Red Wings vs. The Colorado Avalanche. We will need to leave for Chicago right after Dad's and my meeting tomorrow. Dadushka(Grandpa) will be spending the day with K and T(T is staying home from school to spend K's last day with him.
